Shipping by DHL
For standard shipping by DHL we charge a flat rate of:
Germany EUR 1,95
Austria EUR 5,95
EU countries EUR 9.95
Switzerland EUR 9.95
Russia EUR 25,00
All countries outside the EU: EUR 25,00
For deliveries to Switzerland and other countries outside the EU we also do NOT charge VAT. This will be deducted before the order is completed. Please note, however, that when importing into countries outside the EU, additional customs duties and other charges may be incurred, which vary from country to country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. You can find out the amount of any such duties and taxes at your local customs office.
The shipping costs for all other countries can be displayed on the shopping cart page using the shipping cost calculator.
Should partial deliveries be necessary for faster processing, you will of course not incur any additional shipping costs.
Shipping by UPS Express
When shipping by UPS Express, your package will be prioritized after payment is received. For orders placed on working days before 13 o'clock we will even ship your package the same day. The delivery will take place 1 working day after dispatch. This service costs 15 Euro per order and is only available for orders from Germany.
Shipping costs for furniture purchase and bulky goods deliveries
At the moment we deliver larger furniture only within Germany by forwarding agency.
In order to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you, all furniture - unless otherwise stated - is delivered for self assembly.
Regardless of the number of pieces of furniture, your share of the shipping costs is € 39.00. In return, the furniture is delivered free to the place of use, i.e. the furniture is carried to your home.
For the shipping of bulky items whose packaging dimensions exceed 60x60x120cm, we currently charge a bulky goods surcharge of € 5.00 within Germany or € 20.00 for shipping abroad. Please note that the shipping of bulky goods is not possible to all countries.
